Microsoft officially announced that they are rolling out support for iOS in the Windows 11 Phone Link app, so from now iPhone users will also be able to connect their iPhones with their Windows 11 devices.
Earlier, the Phone Link app’s features were only limited to Android users, but as of this announcement, iPhone users will also be able to use them, which is worth discussion, so let’s begin it below.

The company already revealed this feature in the Windows Insider program, which they added a few months ago, and now, they made it available for every Windows 11 user with the stable Patch Tuesday update.
Now, it is obvious that everyone won’t be able to use it immediately as the company is rolling it out gradually to all the supported versions and devices.
And according to the company, everyone will be able to use it by mid of May month.
As we all know Phone Link app allows user to connect their smartphone to their Windows device via a wireless connection and provides features like making calls, sending SMS messages, and getting photos from the phone’s gallery.
But, iOS support is bringing only basic options compared to Android support as iPhone users are only allowed to access their contacts, make calls, receive notifications, and send SMS messages.
And on the other side, iPhone users won’t be able to do group messaging, and as well as they can’t send images or videos from their PC as Android users can.
Still, iPhone users can access their phone’s gallery with the Windows 11 Photos app as recently Windows 11 Photos app gained integration with iCloud Photos.
