Google is highly expected to release a new smartphone under the Pixel 7 series at the Google I/O developer conference, and this smartphone would be the Google Pixel 7a, as per the latest leaks.

Besides, this leak has also confirmed the design and the planned color options of this smartphone, including a new Light Blue, so let’s begin the discussion about it below.

In the yearly Google I/O developer conference, it launches the ‘a’ model of the current Pixel smartphone series, whose specs and design stay comparable to the primary model.

So this year, we would see Pixel 7a, whose renders have been revealed by a well-known website called MySmartPrice, and they are provided by a tipster known as OnLeaks.

According to the leaked renders, Pixel 7a will arrive in three color options: new Light Blue, White, and Charcoal.

The Pixel 7 series also got launched with three color options, and this new light blue variant is the replacement for the Sage variant. And the Charcoal variant is lighter than the Pixel 7 series Charcoal variant.

But the report didn’t mention anything about the actual names of these variants, which the company is going to use as marketing names for the colors.

However, if we talk about its design so it looks the exact same as the Pixel 7 series smartphone, but there is one unnoticeable change that is mentioned in the report.

The bezels got a little thinner in both terms, vertically and horizontally. It will have a dual-camera setup.

The company’s CEO, Sunder Pichai, has already announced that the event is scheduled for WednesdayMay 10, which means we will see this phone’s launch after four weeks.
